why is it that you notice everything that needs to be worked on your car immediately all at one time?

i already knew that i needed my oil change (duh.) i already knew i needed to get my tires rotated (hopefully for free again...thank you les schwab...and hopefully i am not in need of new tires yet). but i just realized yesterday evening that i have a headlight that is out and today on my drive to work i am pretty sure i broke my window. long story. awesome. and i am almost positive i will be kindly reminded of how my struts are in dire need of their $900 repair.

where are those car talk guys when i need them?
